5. Messages by WhatsApp, phone or social media
Messages sent by WhatsApp, phone or social media are for appointments and general enquiries only. They are not a clinical consultation.
Photos or descriptions sent by message cannot replace an in-person examination. A photo shows the surface. It cannot show skin thickness, scar tissue or blood supply, which can only be assessed in an examination. Any reply you receive is general guidance to help you decide whether to book a visit. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.

6. Prices on this website
Prices on this website are indicative ranges, not fixed quotes or offers. The final cost is decided only after your first assessment.
Cost depends on the technique chosen, the complexity of your case, whether the procedure is a first or a revision surgery, the type of anaesthesia and the length of hospital stay. Some items, such as medications, pre-operative tests, implants and bed rent, may be billed separately.
Ranges are usually reviewed once a year. A price shown on the site does not create a contract. The amount you pay is the amount agreed with you after consultation.
